Big Insights. Big Change.

Our analytics finally make this possible.

Interlink is focused on radically increasing the collective performance of organizations, companies, schools, collaboratives, and communities of practice. New research-driven methods now make it practical for organizations to include the systemic dimension of social connectivity in an organization’s strategic improvement plan.

Optimally connecting people and groups will increase information sharing, norm sharing, and the use of under-leveraged expertise that drives innovation, effectiveness, and efficiency. Interlink’s mission is to assist organizations in using this powerful new edge to advance their ability to generate unprecedented outcomes.

Interlink uses specially designed technology and methods to bring the best insights to organizations, recognizing that every organization is unique. Everything we do is focused on meeting the particular needs of each organization for maximum benefit.
